Heat - Warm Booties in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Increase in 30 second increments to desired temperature. Test to ensure temperature is ideal before use. Do not overheat. Cold - Place Booties in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours. Clean - Wipe with damp cloth. Store - Keep Booties in dry cool place in a resealable plastic bag to increase longevity.
