Return Processing

You will be notified by email regarding the outcome of the inspection and return review.
Refunds
After your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Situations

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing and shipment begin.
Since orders are generally processed within 4–7 business days, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Lost or Delayed Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
Campsaver cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return transit if proof of shipment cannot be provided.
